Today we have an interesting fellow, Speaker, Marketing Consultant, Sales Trainer, Online Video Producer, and the current CEO and Co-Founder of DUDEPros.com: Chris “The Dude Beast” Martinez.

Chris launched WebsiteIn5Days.com, an agency providing websites and digital marketing support to solopreneurs to help them double the amount of leads they generate online in 2012 but he kind of felt like he was starting to lose his personality in the business. He knew he needed to make some sort of change and take it in a kind of a different direction. (although WebsiteIn5Days.com still works with some badass solopreneurs and small businesses). After subscribing and reading to our Evergreen Profits Letter, Chris was convinced to start infusing his personality into his business and marketing. He realized that he liked wearing a wrestling mask and working with marketing consultants, funnel consultants, and agencies WAY more than working with solopreneurs.

In this episode, Chris will talk about how the character “The DUDE Beast” cut through the clutter of all the other Facebook ads and why their clients all across the United States and Canada loved the idea of having their own “digital dream team” in the Next Room: empowering them to get more done, bring on more clients, and have more time to do the things that they love – inexpensively!

Are you fond of answering online quizzes? Are you aware that these quizzes can be a very helpful marketing tool for your business especially in lead generation?

Today’s guest is the owner of Interact, a quiz software company that has created quizzes for 30,000 brands around the world. Some of Josh Haynam’s clients include big corporations and organizations such as Starbucks, Evergreen profits, and famous individuals like Tony Robbins. Aside from being an innovative and creative marketing tool, the primary focus of the quizzes, according to Josh and his company, is always to educate.

In today’s episode, Josh shares the encouraging story of how he persisted in sustaining his business and how he fine-tuned the content using different strategies while having so much hope. He also reveals the biggest advantage of utilizing quizzes, the most interesting uses of these quizzes, and why making quizzes is a much better tool than generating surveys.

“The quiz does the job of attracting people, getting them in. But it’s also segmenting so it can increase your sales in the back end.” - Josh Haynam

  • The first and second waves of Interact - from creating content to seeking partnerships
  • The strategy that created traffic and the type of content Josh used to build up a base, redefine the message, and explain it

  • An overview of Interact’s software and its functions
  • Three unique types of quizzes that cover a lot of data input: personality quizzes, scored quizzes, assessments

  • For Josh, the one thing that does not get asked enough is about the customers: “How do you translate your idea into something that the general population can use?”

Today’s guest is a master business connector who lived out the values instilled in him, which is to do to others what you want them to do to you. Even in his early days, Andy Hussong lived out this principle and cared enough about people to make different connections. His genuine interest in others has led him to what he’s great at today – setting up and landing online joint ventures (JV). Andy has been doing this for more than 12 years after learning from a very prominent personality in internet marketing, John Reese.

In today’s episode, Andy talks about the essential business principles to remember when considering joint ventures and looking for prospective JV deals. Andy summarizes his ideas using two vital acronyms: P-A-R-T-N-E-R and P-O-W-E-R. He elaborates on the acronym P-A-R-T-N-E-R, which is a process that allows you to hone your focus and have a system to any matchmaking and deal-making ventures. It is the overall mindset you ought to have to get things in place and get long-term partners onboard. He also expanded on the acronym P-O-W-E-R, which is something to keep in mind if you want others to keep promoting a particular product or offer.

“Your first goal, especially for webinars, is to focus on getting one solid partner on board, get him locked in and then you’re off to the races.” – Andy Hussong
