Lloyed discusses the challenge of relatability when showcasing successful companies like Tesla and Apple, and how he overcame skepticism from potential customers to build a thriving community around his own company. He reveals the strategies and tactics that propelled Boast.AI to reach $10 million in annual recurring revenue without relying on marketing or investors.

One key aspect Lloyed stresses is the importance of finding your tribe and building meaningful relationships with other founders. The power of community takes center stage in this episode, as Lloyed highlights its role in creating purpose and fostering a sense of belonging. He also provides practical advice on organizing successful events, inviting the right speakers, and attracting sponsors.

In this episode of Hustle and Flowchart, host Joe Fier shares his proven strategy for connecting with influential people in any industry. Known as the Dream 100 Strategy, Joe explains how this inbound approach has allowed him to get connected to some of the biggest names in the marketing and entrepreneurship space. With simple techniques and automation tips, Joe shows listeners how to attract the attention of their target audience and build valuable relationships with industry experts.

HINT: You don't need one... Discover how to leverage other people's platforms to exponentially grow your brand and connect with your target audience. Podcast guesting is often overlooked as one of the most effective ways to reach a wider audience and establish credibility in your niche. Contrary to popular belief, you don't need to have your own podcast to benefit from podcasting. By being a guest on various shows, you can tap into existing "virtual stages" and captivate audiences that are already engaged. Listen as Joe shares a step-by-step process to make the most of podcast guesting. And if you want to go even deeper, check out this special invitation:

If you want to scale your brand, business, and community with podcasting, watch the video above and Join the Business Podcaster Accelerator & Mastermind. There are only 25 spots available - be quick and sign up or email me here to see if you're a good fit. Now let's get into the episode... Don't miss out on the endless opportunities that podcast guesting offers. Start leveraging other people's platforms to increase your brand's visibility, grow your audience, and establish yourself as an authority in your industry. Listen to this episode for actionable tips and strategies to make the most out of podcast guesting!

The Power of Inbound Connections:

Joe dives deep into the Dream 100 strategy - a powerful inbound approach that has helped him connect with some of the biggest names in marketing, entrepreneurship, and the expert space. This strategy is so effective that he couldn't keep it to myself, and has already shared it with friends, clients, and partners who have seen amazing results.

Setting Up Your Dream 100:

To implement this strategy, all you need is a Google Sheet and a Google-based email. Create a list of 100 people who align with your target audience and have the potential to bring significant value to your brand. This list could include celebrities, industry influencers, authors, experts, and thought leaders. Don't be afraid to dream big, but also include individuals who are just a couple of degrees of separation away from you.

Sharing Your Dream 100 List Strategically:

Now, here's the secret sauce: attach this Google Sheet to the bottom of every email you send, using it as part of your email signature. This way, every person you communicate with will see your Dream 100 list. They might even have connections or ideas that could help you connect with those individuals.
