Hustle & Flowchart: Mastering Business & Enjoying the Journey

The Hustle & Flowchart Podcast with Joe Fier is all about how to build a business so it gives you the freedom and fuel for your life. We discuss systems, mindset tweaks, reframes, and strategies for entrepreneurs (and really anyone) to enjoy the process of being in business and having fun. This isn't for the entrepreneur looking to build a billion dollar business, rather someone who is looking to build systems that work for you, so you can make more money than you need just by working part-time. I was a chronic hustle-mode kinda guy and I want to share my experiences and mentors I've met along the way to help you reframe things so you can be the most effective as an entrepreneur. Join in conversations with Joe Fier and various mentors sharing principles and strategies to put this into action for yourself. Please enjoy and share with your friends! Listen Notes

How do you make yourself productive? Are there things that you cannot do without, like morning coffee or an afternoon run? Do you have a routine before working on a task or that help keep your mind focused on the task at hand? Proper planning may be one of the keys to a productive day, but getting your mind straight through daily habits or rituals is an essential part of productivity and delivering results.

On today’s episode, we are sharing some daily rituals that we use to maximize our time and effort, processes that have helped us manage our time and tasks, and tools to help improve our focus and get more done.

One of the things that keeps me sane and helps me fall asleep is the fact that tomorrow, I know what I want to accomplish.

This Week on the Hustle and Flow Chart Podcast:

There are many aspiring writers in the past who have a lot to say to the world, but don’t seem to have the means to do so. There was a time when only the big companies could publish a book. Those who wish to have their thoughts in a paperback are given a chance after going through a rigorous monitoring process and high writing standards. All these changed with the invention of the Internet, where many things became accessible and possible – even publishing a book.

On today’s episode, we talk about our approach as we wrote a book about mindset tactics. The formula is systematic and easy to follow. We share several tools and resources that have been helpful to us and would also be useful in your endeavor to write and publish your book.

That’s really how you get [things] done – you set a deadline.

This Week on the Hustle and Flow Chart Podcast:

  • How we created the Ever Green Wisdom book
  • The different phases that we went through as we started our book-writing efforts
  • How we maximized the resources already available, like blogs, emails, and previous podcasts
  • How to publish a book in a nutshell

Brad Spencer is a digital entrepreneur and owner of 8020 Product Creation where he teaches entrepreneurs how to create products online to create consistent cashflow. Brad joins us on the show today to share his insight, system, and process for creating digital products such as webinars and online courses that will sell online for a significant return on investment.

Brad’s 3-step process has repeatedly been proven, not only by his student’s successes but also through his business success. He is a passionate believer in the 80/20 rule that 20% of your efforts will lead to 80% of your results. In fact, he truly believes that as little as four percent of what you do will create most of your results.

“If it’s easy to run, lots more will get done.” – Brad Spencer

This week on the Hustle and Flow Chart Podcast:

  • Distraction and delusion are the two things that destroy wealth and success.
  • How to honestly self-evaluate your skills and know when to “buy or borrow” someone else’s experience.
  • Why being honest and specific about your true skill levels is critical to successfully launching a new product or service.
  • Don’t try to be a little bit of everything. Partner with people who have the other stuff that you need.

Brad’s 3 Step Process to Maximizing Success:

  1. Make a list. 1) How will you get customers? 2) How will you convert them? 3) How will you fulfill?
  2. Rate the probability of success for each idea on a scale of 1 to 10, with one signifying that you’ve never done it before and 10 signifying you’ve mastered the skill.
  3. Rate 777 across Lead Generation, Conversions, and Fulfillment. Don’t get distracted by other “shiny objects.” If you do not rate a 7 or higher in an area – buy or borrow someone else’s experience.

Creating engaging, share-worthy, unique blog posts is one of the things that many businesses struggle with.  Not only does it take a lot of time to come up with the blog post idea, headline, write the post, find the perfect image, then promote that post to get readers to visit your site and hopefully share the content, it’s hard coming up with unique ideas week after week! Our guest this week, Paul Clifford, has created several tools that have helped countless solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and corporate businesses automate the process of content curation and marketing.

Paul is the creator of Kudani, Designrr, Kudani Leads, and Headlinr, online tools that help business owners find currently trending articles, curate them into unique posts, optimize them for SEO, and ultimately drive quality traffic and leads to their websites. He joins us today to share his tips, strategies, and ideas on how business owners can ramp up their content marketing strategy, explains the challenges that many entrepreneurs face when developing a high-return content strategy and how they can overcome these challenges, rank higher in Google, and grow their list.

“The secret behind content marketing success is repurposing your old content.” – Paul Clifford

This week on the Hustle and Flow Chart Podcast:

  • Paul explains how his tools help businesses and entrepreneurs speed up the process of creating and promoting their content.
  • How to turn your website into a lead machine.
  • Ways to use Designrr to save time on content creation.
  • What is “content upgrading” and how can it help you grow your list and increase your opt-in rate?
  • How to create a book from your blog posts.
  • Different ways you can use your blog post pdfs to increase traffic.
  • Why focusing on long-tail keywords is more productive and effective.
  • What you can automate by using Kudani.
