This was a super fun episode with Chris Parker where we covered a lot of things that we haven’t before. Chris is a unique marketer in that he has more traffic than he knows what to do with, and we love the fact that he's built this system to give back to the world. He’s the founder of WhatIsMyIPAddress.com, a tech-friendly website attracting a remarkable 9 million IP-seeking visits a month. We discuss the benefit of banner ads and using an aggregator, and the breakdown of how his site brings in revenue, plus the promotion of his in-house tools which you can find on his site. 

Chris also talks about how he uses HARO to get interviews for his podcast, Easy Prey Podcast, and his recommendations on how to make your media page stand out to visitors, so perhaps even you will get on television as he did. Motivated by stories of cybercrime victims, in 2020 Chris created his podcast to help followers learn about scams, fraud, and other dangers they face online and in the real world. When your stuff is compromised things can go south fast, and you’ll hear Chris’s take on creating online log-ins, two-factor authorizations, and all the aggravation you want to avoid if you have to contact a website if you lose your information.

The time really flew by on today’s episode with Ryan Berman of Courageous Brands, as we let Ryan’s stories interweave into the show. This is the third show where we discuss Empire Flippers, and today we are chatting with Justin Cooke, one of the founders. Justin talked about the Amazon affiliate sites that they sell a lot of, and a good way to learn which sites are selling is to visit their site and go through the listings. Keeping up to date on what’s selling in the marketplace is super valuable for all of us. We’re all building assets and there’s a way to enhance their value.

We’re back with another awesome show, chatting with Travis Chappell, host of Build Your Network Podcast and creator of Guestio. Travis is a guy that we could have easily chatted with for another hour and what came out of this show was way better than we anticipated. Our episode today with Erik Huberman of Hawke Media was a mini-class of 5-6 various topics all combined in one show. We talked about increasing lifetime value, about how venture funds work, equity deal lessons, the marketing we should be focused on, and building an agency, systems, and owning your audience. We share the vision with Erik, as there’s a lot of what we’ve done previously such as having an agency, and we like the fact that he’s not trying to create his own products, but is just staying in his lane.

What’s up, Hustle & Flowchart community?! We’re back with another therapy session and moving forward we are not only upping the frequency of these shows but want to make it more focused. On today’s show, we are diving into one of our favorite topics, affiliate marketing. Alex Mandossian joins us on the show today and we really like his storytelling formula. It was even better to hear it in action and have him explain it as he went along in the content of the framework that he laid out. You can use this structure for everything, and the way he “sells” is the way we would sell. We tell stories that theoretically get people to buy from us but we never go for the close. We rarely bring on guests that do a cold reach out to us, but Avi Arya is one of the rare guests who made it onto the show that way, and he did this by using the same video technique that he shared on this show to contact us. He is the first video outreach we ever brought on, and his video really stood out, over the approximate 30 requests we get on a daily basis. Avi covers a variety of video formats, and he managed to build a $126,500 who have been on his program which starts at his $1 webinar. He’s also got a huge following on Instagram and gives a ton of free value on there and Facebook. What intrigued us, is this is something we’ve been doing and we’ve never had a methodical process.

This is the last recording that we recorded in Matt’s office - woo-hoo! We really loved our conversation with today’s guest - Dale Beaumont of BusinessBlueprint.com. The way he creates his systems is so smart, and if you did not see the video version of it, he showed us that he has a flowchart for literally everything he does in his business. His systems include things like how to change the lightbulbs and how to make coffee in the coffee maker as well as more in-depth tasks such as how to set up an email campaign and how to create an asset register. There was also a boatload of mindset stuff, as Dale talked about how we create excuses that hold us back and reminded us that there are so many tasks we do ourselves that are super easy which we know we can hand off to someone else. It’s not about the time, it’s about the mental space and the opportunity cost. Dale also showed us how to document things with apps such as Loom or Otter and how, basically you can run an entire coordinated event, assigning due dates, and linking to all of your SOP’s. We also talk about how he was able to publish 11 different books in one year and how he set up his systems which allow him to travel with his family 4 months out of the year.
