This is a show for those of you thinking about podcasting and YouTube and for those who are not, you still should listen in. Did you know that our guest today is the reason behind Russell Brunson’s success? Today, we have Armand Morin on the show, and it was so cool to go down a page in history, as he talked about the early days of internet marketing way back in 1996. He tells the story of how he made over one million dollars selling bookmarks in the days before payment processors. Also, his email strategy and MAE framework were interesting to us, as well as how he doesn’t believe in funnels. He has flipped the idea of the funnel into more of a pipeline and gave us a dissertation on how to do email with this approach. We also chat about his email sequence based on webinars, which was another massive topic.

This show was much more tactical than we thought, as Armand covered email strategies, webinar strategies, and even how to become a country music star. He’s also a national champion with Tai Kwon Do, and follows that whole “Success Leaves Traces” philosophy, which you can learn about in his book of the same name. We have Anthony Trucks joining us again for round two, and we had an absolute ball. Anthony has a new book coming out, Identity Shift, which we discuss in-depth on today’s episode. This was an impactful and timely episode, and one of the things we talked about was how there are people who want variety in life, and then there are people who want stability. For example, even in our own business, our new studio is the mechanism for wanting to change things up, as things were getting a little monotonous. Another analogy that Anthony discussed was the ball analogy, where the ball that you kicked far away is your goal and when it’s too far, the doubt comes in. So when it comes to goal setting, if you build too grand of a vision, you can get into mental trouble because that ball needs to be a little closer. 

He talks about people who constantly consume and don’t take any action, so the more you consume, the heavier that ball becomes. Also, he talks about how one of the goals of his book is to clarify how to close the identity gap so you can upgrade your life to the next level. In this episode, we want to talk about the direction of our show and how we’d like to chat with the entrepreneur that was us 15 years ago. We find that there’s a lot missing when we don’t have that perspective in mind, and maybe that’s you or you have a business and you want to go back to basics. This was a super fun episode with Chris Parker where we covered a lot of things that we haven’t before. Chris is a unique marketer in that he has more traffic than he knows what to do with, and we love the fact that he's built this system to give back to the world. He’s the founder of WhatIsMyIPAddress.com, a tech-friendly website attracting a remarkable 9 million IP-seeking visits a month. We discuss the benefit of banner ads and using an aggregator, and the breakdown of how his site brings in revenue, plus the promotion of his in-house tools which you can find on his site. 

Chris also talks about how he uses HARO to get interviews for his podcast, Easy Prey Podcast, and his recommendations on how to make your media page stand out to visitors, so perhaps even you will get on television as he did. Motivated by stories of cybercrime victims, in 2020 Chris created his podcast to help followers learn about scams, fraud, and other dangers they face online and in the real world. This is the third show where we discuss Empire Flippers, and today we are chatting with Justin Cooke, one of the founders. Justin talked about the Amazon affiliate sites that they sell a lot of, and a good way to learn which sites are selling is to visit their site and go through the listings. Keeping up to date on what’s selling in the marketplace is super valuable for all of us. We’re all building assets and there’s a way to enhance their value.

We’re back with another awesome show, chatting with Travis Chappell, host of Build Your Network Podcast and creator of Guestio. Travis is a guy that we could have easily chatted with for another hour and what came out of this show was way better than we anticipated. Our episode today with Erik Huberman of Hawke Media was a mini-class of 5-6 various topics all combined in one show.
